Returns

At Puresnoo, we take pride in the quality of our products and are confident that you will find great satisfaction in the comfort of our bedding. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your Puresnoo.com purchase, the following guideline applies as applies.

Return window

Returns must be initiated 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

Extended Holiday Return period: To make gifting easier, all orders placed during December are eligible for an extended 6-week return period.


 Conditions

Product must be returned in the original packaging received and free from any stains or damage.

Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order.

If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for the price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.

Refund Issuance

All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchanged.

If the original form of payment is no longer active or we are unable to process the refund on the original payment method, you will receive store credit for the same amount. 

If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honoured if requested within 30 days of when the gift order was placed, and refunds shall be issued in the form of store credit or to the original purchaser.

 



Order Changes

Due to the speed of our fulfilment, we can not guarantee updates to an order's shipping address or make changes to an order after it's been placed.

If you require a change to your shipping address, we recommend you contact the courier to assist with updating the shipping address.

If you would like to add, change or upgrade the items in your order, please contact us at puresnoo@outlook.com. If we cannot change your order, you may return the items in your original order. Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Order Cancellation

After your order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us at  puresnoo@outlook.com if you wish to cancel/return an item that's already been shipped. Please return your items for a full refund.

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by calling us at puresnoo@outlook.com.
